Delivery Information

Normally ship your order by China register mail, EMS or DHL/TNT/ Fedex to most of the destinations in the world. Plz check the following details:

Processing Time (3-5 working days for ordinary products, the custom product will have longer  processing time such as kigurumi masks, luxury custom zentai, etc)
After your payment confirmed, plz make sure the shipping address is correct.

Shipping Time
DHL/TNT/Fedex: 5 to 7 shipping days. (DHL/TNT will not deliver to Post Office Box Address.) 
EMS: 7 to 15 shipping days. (Tracking website: http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp)
Other Air Mail service: Delivery times may vary we will send you details after shipping, normally 25-40 days

Since your order is dispatched; we will offer you EMS, DHL/TNT or other Air Mail tracking number & website
There are two methods to get above information from us, 
1. Visit our website and re-login to check the update status.
2. Check your e-mail. We will send update status to your e-mail address.
Note: (If you can't check it immediately with the tracking no. , please wait with patience. It may take some days for Express
